REFUSAL TO ASSIST
I have a Decoder Care Contract with Multichoice, and when my decoder got damaged due to an electrical surge after load shedding, I contacted Multichoice to find out how I go about having my decoder repaired / replaced. I was told to go to the agency in Spruitview, where they would check my decoder and place it with the same or replacement (newer) model, on arrival there, I was told that the agency is actually in Vosloorus, so I had to make my way there.<br> I spoke with a young man who checked my smart card to find out that my DCC is valid, and then he referred to the manager. The manager did not deal directly with me, refused even to speak to me (it came across as a ****** attitude) and told the young man that he must not help me. (The reason being they no longer had the 1110 decoder in stock). When I said that I had been told by Multichoice that I would be given a newer model, I was told to \go to Randburg""""
