Refusal to allocate my payment since 13 May 2016 (Multichoice A/c N: ***9 B Nhlapo)

<p>I have a terrible experince working with multichoice consultant/ accounts. On 13th May 2016 I deposited R320 for at Nedbank for my mother's service not to be cut away and yet they continued disconnecting. Since then whenever i call to query out on why was the allocation not made for that specific deposit they are telling of the endless escalations that does not help me with F**kol, the useless Enquiry reference Number is : ********** & ********** that does not even MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE TO MY PROBLEM. I went to Nedbank to verify and the money was succesfully tranferred/ credited into your public clients A/c(Multichoice (PTY) LTD) and you are telling me that you cant see it!! where did it go then??? since i had to pay again and again for the service not to be disconnected. Your account dept/ ppl are *********** and how does your recon balances with some of the allocations not done?? You need to advertise a for Job ill refer someone profesional & competent to help multichoice doint account.
