REFURBISHED HD PVR DECODER

I am very dissatisfied with the service received from DSTV Agency George.<br> We pay a lot of money on a refurbished decoder and experienced connection problems with decoder. As we travelled between George and Herm**** we went to agency in Herm**** in November, but they referred us back to George agency. So on our return to George in January we took the decoder to them.<br> <br> <br> They just pulled up their shoulder and told us there's nothing they can do about the decoder because there's only 3 months warranty on the decoder.<br> No one informed us there's only a 3 month warranty on refurbished decoders. Who will in any case pay so much for refurbished decoders if you can get a brand new decoder for a few rands extra.<br> This is ****************. I am very upset about this situation and feel like exposing them.<br> What can you do about this situation?<br>
