Refunds not done

Refund still pending After taking a debit order of my account after i had cancelled my service with them i am still waiting for a refund to be done. Take note if you cancel your services with them rather pay for reversal of debit order than wait for your money to be returned to you it is now the 17th of the month and seven calls later i am naively hopeful for this refund
