Refund towards a non working service

To whom it may concern

It is with great disappointment that I paid for a streaming service that doesn't work. I paid for showmax today and the payment went off but the service does not work on my devices.

I would like a refund because I have no use to promote ****mers on loading things that do not work. I spoke with a consultant and even after the trouble shooting, I still had no joy.

I would like my money back and will look for a working streaming service.
