Refund still not paid

I requested a refund since the 6 May and was told all my docs have been received and it will take 48 hours. Spoke to team leader zanele xulu on Thursday who promised to sort it out on Friday and call me at 9 no call received. I spoke to another team leader on SUNDAY Julian he promised to email me nothing received. Received an email from your billings Kenneth Bapela at billings department confirming refund being processed and to reflect in 2 to 5 days still no response. Spoke Vuyo Tsotsa today who doesn't want to give another person a chance to talk she said she will come back with feedback I'm still waiting. I sent you inboxes on Facebook your consultants confirmed refund being processed. Even now I haven't received my money. I'm highly disappointed in your service.
