Refund required
I am in credit with dstv with the amount of R2400.00. I have now cancelled my dstv and am unable to get my credit refunded. I have sent every document required including id, proof of payment, proof of bank account. Now I'm told I have to have proof of payment from August 2017 to date. The bank will not print proof of payment from that date & I cannot get my refund.

In order for us to process your refund we require the following documents
1. Copy of ID
2. Proof of Payment
3. Copy of bank statement reflecting the account details the refund is going to be refunded into
Once we have all the requested documentation the Finance team will then process the refund.
