REFUND REQUIERD!!!

On the 25th of June 2019 i accedentally paid R8890,00 on my Dstv account and i was only suppose to pay R889,00 now i know this was my fault but really Dstv i expected better from you i spoke to 4 different people already, i have sent all the required document through to prove that i paid to much, they told me it will take between 48 to 72 hours so on friday the 28 th i was suppose to re ieve my money back, everytime i phone them to follow up they have a different excuse today the 02nd of July a week later, they still can't tell me when they will pay my money back, their is no way hou can speak to the financial department according to the call centre not even a email address, this is unacceptable, VERY VERY DISCUSSED IN DSTV i am concidering cancelling my subscription.
