Refund request
I am jonguxolo Kalimashe I sent a cancellation email to *** on the 15th of October but on the 25th of October a deduction was made on my bank account I sent a querying email immediately and I was asked to send proof and my ID copy and I did send bank statement showing the deduction as well as my ID copy but up to now I have not received my refund
