Refund refused
so this is the best DSTV could do, not even an apology and a mention of the refund i am owed as i was charged R489 instead of R460. why was my complaint not looked in to in its entirety.

Kindly note the offer for the DStv Compact Plus for R460 was from the 1st October until the 31st December 2017.
We confirm that the account payment date is the 2nd of every month and your next payment will be R489 due on the 2nd January 2018.

Thank you for sending us your feedback.
On the previous review, you mentioned that the payment date was changed to the 2nd of every month. For this reason, the pro rata balance was charged to cover the viewing period from 28th to the 01 December 2017.
On the app, the current viewing period should charge the service till the 01 January 2018. As the payment date is on the 02nd of every month, it means your next payment is due by 02 January 2018.
Please be informed that the reconnection fee charged has been reversed. The next payment is R489.00 due by 02 January 2018.
