Refund refusal for a cancelled decoder

I'm beyond ****ed off with the level of ignorance and disrespect I from dstv call center they are beyond *********** and quick to debit me for a decoder I have repeatedly asked to be cancelled and they are also refusing to refund me and they are very aware of the request I have made and the never bother to call me as claim they would. Please advise on which steps to take I have already contacted my lawyer regarding this matter

We apologise for the inconvenience. We see that you called the Contact Centre and they have already assisted with the disconnection and they will also do the refund.
