REFUND REFUND

DSTV REFUND DISASTER

I have been trying to get a refund from dstv the from the 25th of October 2022, i have paid by mistake R1900 into dstv account , i called same day on the 25th gave them my acc no (***) which the acc is on my mom name , who passed away last year but we have been paying the account without any problems, when i spoke to the consultant on the 25th , he said no problem please email your id,proof of payment and your acc details so we can process and deposit your money. email sent and got auto respond with ref ***5, after 3days i call again they say it takes 5working days, on the 01/11/2022 i called then am firstly told the consultants did not download my documents to be processed, then was told i wont be able to get the refund, although it appearing on the account because it ***** that am still using my late mom decode, the money if i want a refund will go to my late mom bank account , how because she is no more????? i asked them do you atleast need me to send you her death certificate or change it to my name but no they continue not giving me answer and said it a difficult case, they do not know what to say anymore. my contact no ***
