Refund received

I would now like to come back to my case number: ***. After 2 months and 6 days, I have finally received my refund. Thank you to Leobala in the customer recovery department that went the extra mile to ensure that my documents have finally been submitted to finance. You have been an absolute help in this very frustrating time. After which, Sandile called me to confirm that everything has been sent off. Sandile you very been very helpful and ensured that the timeframes you gave have been met. You also called me again today, as promised to make sure that the refund has been received. This part of the customer service I have received has been outstanding. Thank you Sandile and Leobala for turning this bad experience into something positive. Keep on doing what you doing.
