Refund query - Poor service
I had requested for a refund of R295.00, since January 2022 and to date I have not received it. What is more frustrating for me is the number of consultants I have spoken to, including supervisor on the same query, more than 10 over the phone and I even tried online chats, but kept on getting different feedback every time I followed up. calling using my airtime has even exceeded the total refund I have been begging for. it's so sad, to me the R295 can help me feed my kids.

I am even more disappointed as I have still not received my refund, even after you promised to pay it in 3 working days, which have passed. What is it that I really need to do to get my money back!! Why are you making so many empty promises? if it's not 7 days, it's 14 working days, or 3 days, either way, you dont keep your promises'.
Do you honestly think it's fair for me to wait for 2 months to get R295.00??? i have run out of words, i give up

10 Mar 2022, 08:33I received the below response on the 2nd of March, today is the 10th of March and I have not received my refund; It is my money and I can't just give it to DSTV
