Refund query champ

I had an issue with my payment that went through twice and i was advised that the refund will take 7 - 14 days, however when i logged on to twitter to complain, a consultant by the name Olwethu Kasiphiwo, the consultant assured me that she will do all she can to make sure that i get the refund asap.

I was refunded in 3 days all thanks to her
