REfund pending for two weeks now... no access

I cancelled my subscription on 26 Oct, you removed my access on the 27, and then on the same damn day you deducted the subscription from my bank account. I have called you seven times since then, each time you promise to pay me, and then nothing happens. Please note I shared this same story on FaceBook as well, and busy with Twitter, as well as LinkedIn. You can now call me, cell: ********** Useless, easy to take my money though...
