REFUND OVERPAID SUBSCRIPTION
I am so disappointed with DSTV(MultiChoice) I have overpaid my subscription month's end of May and I asked for my refund till today they never refunded me .I have send all my documents that they asked for still I have never refunded me.It is now almost two months and a week since I waited for the refund my kids are not back to school because I can't pay their transport.I am a single unemployed mother kindly help me .I have called several times but no one is helping me
