Refund on cancelled membership

I want to start with ,this company doesn't deserve even that one star.Most pathetic and unprofessional service.I requested a cancellation on my package at the end of January 2022.After numerous emails and calls that never got answered.I am still awaiting a refund on cash owing to ME from DSTV.I was contacted via email by 4 different agents..each as clueless as the last.requesting the same information that was already sent.If I don't follow up,I never get an update or feedback.@DSTV kindly pay up my cash owing to me..your customer service is appalling and your need to not return clients cash is extremely questionable Does your business have no morals or ethics?!
