Refund of my R545.00

Can I have my money back please?

I can't make cash payment then you decided to switch off my channels. This matter is not getting any attention it's deserve. I made a cash payment at pep store on 21/06/2023 and I went to the branch and the consultant informed me that THERE WAS NO REVERSAL done by the bank or me. On the 22/06/2023 I reversed the debit as you guys were claiming that the bank has reversed it of which you were not telling the truth because when the money comes into my account I can see it even when the money leave my account I can see that. I've spoken to many consultants at multichoice but it clearly show that they can read a bank statement and I've attached it several times. Can I have my R545.00 back please please because I view this as a day light robery. I was not expecting such treatment from a big company like multichoice. Now you expect me to pay R420.32 but I've already made cash payment of R545.00
