Refund of bank charges???
Still waiting for your refund of bank charges to my mothers account. You tried to *******ly take money off her account (over R9000!!!!) and this caused a reversal of the debit order (maybe thank goodness), but apart from you negatively affecting her credit rating, you cost her R61 in bank charges. When do you plan to refund these? Disgusting service. You had no right to try and take money off her account. She was paid right up to date.
