Refund not received

My name is Siphokazi Njozela, on 01/03/2025 I made a payment of R800 into my dstv account by mistake, I called dstv on Monday the 03/03/2025 report the matter the agent confirmed that the payment is reflecting in order for them to refund me I need to send proof of payment, ID copy & bank statement as proof of banking, turnaround time is 7-14 working days,I emailed all requested documents. On the 05/03/2025 I made a payment for my monthly subscription of R168 cause I didn’t want an confusion caused with the R800, also made payment of R100 the 06/03/2025 to upsize,the 20/03/2025 I sent an email to do follow up as the money was not refunded back in my account, Thembekile Mdunjana on 21/03/2025 responded asking me to provide them with my ID copy & POP for 3 payments made in my account again, frustrated as I was I resented the documents, the 24/03/2025 got a response from Snenjabulo Nxumalo asking me to resend POP in PDF format whilst it’s on PDF, I then rep**** back with all the different ref numbers that I was given each time I emailed documents for them to trace, on 26/03/2025 received a email from Nonhlanhla Shezi again requesting POP & all other docs, on the same day I called in spoke to Thandi Mathe she confirmed that the docs are received & R800 is reflecting as well, she called her TM for assistance Mavis to fast track my refund gave her all the references she also confirmed that docs are available, but she failed to assist I stayed on the line waiting for her to provide me with the new ref number, but Thandi told me she had gone into a meeting. On the 01/04/2025 emailed all the docs again requesting for my refund to be processed Xolani Shabalala responded requesting for POP again, today it’s the 03/04/2025 and still haven’t been refunded my money, it’s so frustrating that I’ve been sent from pillar to post & different agents are requesting the same docs over and over again, no one is willing to assist, or go through all the emails I’ve sent including the documents, very disappointing.
