Refund not processed

I would rate you a zero. Cancelled your services. Yet you still deduct my debit order. Battling for a month to get a refund. Numerous phone calls. Chats. 4 different consultants ND no one is doing the jobs. Worst customer service ever. Every time I query there is no refund loaded on the system. Had to send my ID and proof of banking details numerous times. Do they just throw it away. *********** rude. Worst service ever
