Refund not paid - over 30 days
I made a mistake and paid more than my subscription amount. I sent proof of payment, ID copy and proof of bank account to Dstv for a refund. It's been over a month and the refund has not been processed. I have called to follow up but I didn't get help. This is such a bad service
