Refund not paid

It's been 3 months now, still chasing my refund with DSTV. I have attached every single document I have ever been asked, yet no refund. I will never forget the pain and suffering I had to go through. Calls after calls, emails approvals stating refund being processed and nothing comes through. What have I done to deserve such agony!!
