Refund not happening

Why so long you did not wait 7 - 14 days to double debit me??? I am waiting more than a week now for someone to call me back, I have been complaining on Hello Peter, I have called, I have spoken to an Agent and still nothing is resolved is this how you do customer care???? an hour ago I understand, but the turn around time of the refund process is 7-14 days. So how long has it been now an hour ago please note it wss captured on the 1-2-2023. So then today is the 7th day I can't wait any longer, please can you get your accounts department to call me back asap please, I have debt to pay and they keep on phoning me Please note that I said it take 7-14 days, not 7 days for refund to be processed. I don't think you have the right to give me attitude, I have asked you that someone call me back 30 minutes ago ? 25 minutes ago I'm not giving you attitude, I have advised that your refund has been requested on the 01/02/2023. Our refund process take 7-14 days business working days, so today is the 6th day since was requested. Should the refund period end with out receiving your money please revert back so we can assist further. I will report you on Helo Peter as well 13 minutes ago I'm trying my best to explain to how our refund process work, and you should revert back to us after how long if you have not being refunded. I don't care and don't want to hear about our refund process, I just want my money back Yes, you will receive your money before the 14th day, your refund was actioned already.
