Refund not being paid back!

I've been begging and pleading for my money to be refunded which i paid extra to Multi choice. so far ive been through so many call centre agents without any success. every time their story changes of why my refund was rejected by the accounts department. One also can speak directly to the accounts department which is absolute *******.
