Refund Nightmare

After my original review on this platform about the time to recieve a refund from Multichoice for disconnecting services, My simple request was heeded after sometime.Unfortunetely i now have to use this space yet again to get the attention of someone to get any sort of customer service. After i recieved refund for June services i paid in advance, Multichoice has now decided to add more misery to a hellish situation by debiting my account for June, a process that took 2 weeks to reslove is now reversed. I email the gentlemen that i dealt with after my first review(Chadwil), only to be told that the debit order had been removed and it wont happen again. I sent them my banking detail for my refund, which they have now inturn used to debit my account for a service i did not request. Ubsolutely shocking
