REFUND MY MONEY!!!
I paid you guys, actually over paid you. Now I want my money back I need to jump over hoops?
If it’s going to be such an issue refunding customers their money, why don’t you reject double payment? Why does your Dstv app still reflect I owe (with reconnection fee)where as you’ve already dented me?
Do better on your side to make our lives, customers easy. You are quick to ask for your money, or disconnect. But giving my money back is close to impossible.
I explained to you my FNB App is not able to resend Debt Order and EFT proof of payments!!!!
You reject the bank statement I sent. What now??? Please refund me or see me no more!!!
