Refund my money

I paid R16500 to multichoice by mistake on the 20th October 2024, since then i have been contacting them countless times for a refund,i have sent them all the necessary documents they asked me for but everytime i call them they tell me its been processed, its almost 2 months and they are struggling to refund just R16500,dstv please refund my money,it cannot take you more than a month just to do a simple refund,they always make promises that they are escalating the matter and they will call me back but no one calls me back and nothing is happening
