refund my money

I'm not happy with your service, on Thursday night 22/04/2021 tried to pay R390 but paid R3990.00 and you guys don't want to refund my money because the account is on my dad's name who passed on in 2017 since then I have been paying and never missed a payment. how am I going to get a letter of authority while my kids stave. you guys were not complaining when the services were paid and I tried to change but no1 came back to me. you guys are treating me like a ********!!!!!!!! I have send my ID,BANK STATEMENT, PROOF OF PAYMENT to show that money came from my account. I don't have a letter of Authority what must me and my kids eat??????????????????????????????????????
