Refund my money

I’m so irritated with this DStv I transferred money into their account by mistake as it is saved on beneficiaries on my banking app and this money was meant to go to my mom and now I have been holding on the line for them to help me because I need it and my account with DStv is still up to date I only have to pay next month on the 6th but no one wants to help I have sent everything they asked me to send but no one is helping me guys I want my money I can’t keep going forth and back about this
