Refund from MultiChoice
We have been struggling to get my refund of R1800 from MultiChoice. We had to cancel my wife's account when taking up Price Lock in my name (which we are seriously consideringcancelling), and I had overpaid on that account. We have been asked to send POPs, Bank Statements, ID copies and other documents but nothing gets resolved. We are tired of sending emails or speaking to Call centre supervisors.. it all doesn't help.
