Refund for Showmax
From March 2020, DSTV has been billing me for showmax subscription which I cancelled. Showmax confirmed cancellation and I even sent the screenshots to dstv to update their records, I'm shocked to learn that till today I'm am still being billed. May I kindly have my refund for all the months that I paid for a service that was cancelled and confirmed. The agents don't even want to listen they want to shove the bill down my throat.
