Refund for debuting my account after cancelation

Cancelled my account and was not meant to be debited, but they debited my account. Called and queried on the 4th of May. And advised me that I need to send a copy of my ID and bank confirm. Did so on the same day, as per instructions from agent and was advised that it takes 7 to 14 working days. Today I received and email asking me as to what they must do with my details (ID and bank confirmation) that was sent on the 4th. Now lost 4 working days and I must wait for another 7 to 14 days. They were very fast to take MY money without consent but now I must sit back and relax for a refund. If I didnt call and query, they would of kept quite...Pathetic day light ******'s.
