Refund for canceled dstv account
Good day
This serves to seek your intervention with regards to my dstv account that I have cancelled on the 7 August 2020 and requested a refund at the time. I have contacted Dstv on numerous occasions and the response has been that the matter has been escalated and until this day I have not received my refund from Dstv
