Refund

Oh My goodness it just gets worse by the day.I am waiting on my refund since Saturday already and when replying to the dstv help email address they asked the same stupid question where an agent called and confirmed the refund was done.Can I just get my money as it seems this is the only way to get decent help.DSTV is just going from bad to worst
