Refund due to me

Since finding out that MULTICHOICE owes me money, I have nothing but receiving the run around trying to get my money out of them, I have sent emails on numerous occasions I have contacted the call centre and all I get it stories and more stories......it is my money they are sitting with and have no means of getting it back .....they give me a number to phone and it is a fax line, then they say i need to send an email as the billings centre has no access to a telephone line
