Refund delay: Horrible service

It deserves a 0 star, 2 weeks ago we accidentally paid R8000 into their account instead of monthly payment. We have been waiting for a refund since then, to be honest the email said 2-3 days but that has turned into 3 weeks now. I’m really disappointed in their customer service.
