Refund Delay

I paid extra for my DSTV account and asked for a refund. I've been waiting since the 27 of June for this refund to be processed and when I followed up today I'm told that I will have to wait another 7 days.

Multichoice has urgency when you owe them. they are quick to cutoff the subscription when you miss a payment but have excuses when they have to refund you your money.

Pathetic customer service.
