Refund
I've never experienced such a terrible service from any other providers than Dstv,I've requesting for my refund since the beginning of June 2020 whereby I was promised it will be paid in the next 3 days every time I call their call centre. The issue was escalated to their facebook account but since they promised to come back to me and to date nothing has happened. I complained on hello peter on sunday, the 28th of June 2020 and immediately received a call from them saying the matter will be sorted within 2 days and also to date nothing has happened. Imagine a company failing to pay a mere R308 with all the documentation received.

Your private reply is still not a solution but another 4th promise that my refund will be processed. Please provide me with a date that the refund will be made because I have all your correspondence since June promising the refund will be done in 3 days and to this day nothing has been done. I will attach all your email promises including the latest dated the 28th of June 2020 to show how bad your service has been.
The solution now is to provide the exact day not what you has been stating on your mails, I am tired of your promises to process the refund every week.
