Refund

I am still waiting for my refund. I received a email on 18 March saying my Refund wil be paid in 2 to 5 business days. I am still waiting. The customer service is Bad Bad Bad . Now I don't even hear from them. They don't follow up with the accounts department. Not happy at all with the service
