Refund

I made an overpayment into the DSTV account and requested a refund, after submitting all the requested documents, by February 20, I still have not received my refund. The last supervisor I spoke to at their call centre was Sibusiso Gumede who reports to Pam Sambo. Each time I've called I get put on hold for 15-20 minutes with no one resolving my issue and each time they say it will take 5-7 working days from the point of my call and when I follow up days later I discover that the refund has not been processed.
