REFUND - Call back from Fin Dept

I have phoned Multichoice 5 times over the last 2 weeks to arrange for a refund (over R2000) and every time I have been informed that the financial dept will phone me back! On Monday I was on the phone for 27 minutes waiting to speak to a manager and eventually cut the call! And I am still waiting for a phone call!! Multichoice is very quick to cut service when customers don't pay but when they need to refund a customer, they have to wait!
