Refund

Good day

I just spoke to an agent Yvonne Nococoba that was not sufficient in assisting me and I called last week regarding my refund of R6400.00.

Unesh employee number 6852 which claimed to be a team leader was rude and spoke out of turn and sounded as if I interrupted his day was very unprofessional. I wan Last week Monday I was advised it takes 5 working days to process refund andthe agent still confirmed my banking details

Today I called to do a follow up on the refund as I could see its still reflecting in credit and I was advised to submit proof of payment and a copy of my ID. And it will take 7 to 14 working days.

This is unacceptable and terrible ser ice to say the least.

I want my refund.
