REFUND AWAITED ON TIME SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED

I requested suspension of my service for the period 07/02/2019 to 28/02/2019 - Despite numerous phone calls and promises that my request would be escalated and someone will call me back I am still waiting for a credit on my account for the period of suspension.
