Refund and poor communication

My name is Nonhlanhla Thulo,I would like to log a complaint against dstv as this month is supposed to be the last month of my contract with dstv, they have over debited my account without communication, i had phoned in 3 times before the debit order went off and i was told the right amount will go off as this is an error on their side and now I'm told it's normal!, i would like a refund from dstv as soon as possible
