Refund and mislead
Am flipping furious with this *********** Evelyn Ramonyai at DSTV call center, she **** to me and said her boss will call me because she is in a meeting and further than that she does not want to refund my money after paying they still cut my services. She further **** to me and said she will send me an email saying an email will be send confirming that her boss is in a meeting at 4pm and I will not get a refund even when after a paid. Reference number: ***-I13 I need my money now please.
