Refund

On the 07th of February 2023 I made an EFT payment of R11 000 to DSTV instead of R1000, I called them and send all documents for a refund but till date i am getting run arounds. Worse thing when i call the call Centre they even hang up my calls when i ask about the status of the refund. How hard can it be to make a refund?????? I have submitted all the required documentations. I am very disappointed with DSTV.
