Refund

After a 3 week struggle of phone calls emails speaking to so called managers and submitting all that was required I still have not received my refund of R1000 from multichoice. Everyday is a different story from the different people I speak to. Yesterday I called requested to speak to a manager spoke to Noluwethu and he confirmed I should send a letter of authority confirming the refund as soon as they receive the letter the money would be paid into my account, I sent the letter immediately after that and still no money. This guy was so rude he was screaming at me on the phone, he told me I simply won’t get the money if I don’t send what’s requested or I can go to one of the multichoice branches simply because I asked why I wasn’t given the information previously on the numerous phone calls I’ve been making back an forth to them. At this point I’m so hopeless I don’t even know what to do anymore because it seems even writing reviews on here does not help. After I wrote my review a few weeks ago I was called an the guy told me to be patient he will call me back, I’m still waiting! Guys I need my money as soon as possible this is a matter of life and death, please help
