Refund

I purchased your DSTV Now Premium subscription and it doesn't work. Your support team on Twitter has been unable to help and they are ignoring any messages where I am asking them to assist me with a refund.

How do I go about getting a refund for this service? I paid for it and it doesn't work and I'm not going to spend weeks debugging this.
